For customers who have purchased products in our physical stores in Akihabara or will visit them in the future.

We are the International Sales Department of TRADER.
The products we sell on this site are not products sold in our physical stores. We cannot accept product stock transfers between the physical stores in Akihabara and this site, as the stock locations and prices are different.
We appreciate your understanding.

Also, we are not able to answer any questions about products purchased at the actual store or any problems that may have occurred.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please visit the floor of the store where you purchased the item and bring the receipt to the store again.

I would like to cancel my order.

Please be aware that we can not accept a cancellation request after your order is confirmed.

I placed an order but I was told that the product is out of stock.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the incovenience.
Some of our items are sold concurrently at our other multiple online shopping sites and might be out of stock when you place your order.
In that case, we will refund your money immediately.

Can I reserve an item and pay later on ?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve items.
We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
