I would like to cancel my order.

Please be aware that we can not accept a cancellation request after your order is confirmed.

I placed an order but I was told that the product is out of stock.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the incovenience.
Some of our items are sold concurrently at our Akihabara store and might be out of stock when you place your order.
In that case, we will refund your money immediately.
