Refunds for Payments Made via PayPal
For payments made via PayPal, the original PayPal transaction fee is not refunded by PayPal when a refund is issued. Therefore, an amount equivalent to the PayPal transaction fee (generally 4%) will be deducted from the refund amount.
For example, if you paid $100 for an item and $20 is to be refunded, a PayPal transaction fee equivalent to $0.80 will be deducted, and the refund amount will be $19.20.
