Return

If you want to return your item, please contact us as soon as possible.
The item should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all parts that were in the original package.
Please be aware that you'll be responsible for all costs associated with the return.
You will also need to write down the note "Return item" on the invoice.
If the label is incorrect, duties or taxes might apply. In this situation, the package will return to you at your own expense.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Our team is being very careful about packaging but damages can still occur.
To prevent misunderstandings, we always take pictures of the item before shipping.

Please contact us within 7 days after delivery and send :
1.a complete description of the problem,
2.a close-up photo of the defective parts,
3.a photo of the defective parts along with the invoice / shipping label.

Do not throw away the documents (shipping label, invoice) sent with the cardboard shipping box.
We will get back to you as soon as possible with an appropriate solution.

Please understand that it may take us a few days to respond to your request.
Also, we won't be able to help if the photo that we received do not include the shipping label or the original invoice.

Paintwork of figure is done partially by hand and therefore each item might have individual differences including very small variation in painting and tiny scratches which cannot always be seen in the pictures.
We do not take any responsibility in this situation or in case of damages on the item's outer packaging.
