Condition Guidelines

As the item box is a protection to prevent the item from being damaged, the box may have few dents (especially at the part of the edge) and damages.
We will attach the photos of the damaged parts only if damages are big or deep.
If you have any questions about its condition, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The item is sealed or taped.
The original box shall not have visible damage.
If for some reason, the outer box happens to be damaged, details will be given on the listing page in question.

Pre-Owned

Perfect:

The item is in perfect condition with all original accessories.
The box is opened but has no visible damage.

Very Good:

A well-cared-for item, kept in good condition.
The item might show minimal signs of wear.
The original box may have some minor stains, dents or scratches.

Acceptable:

The item is fairly damaged but remains in a usable condition.
Packaging may be damaged and/or stained.
Signs of wear can include aesthetic issues such as scratches, dents, and torn corners.
Some parts/accessories might be missing.
Missing accessories and visible damages will be clarified for each item.

No Box

This item does not come with the original box.
