Refund policy

Refunds are limited to the item price only.

The shipping fees charged on your order include handling fees incurred during delivery. Additionally, orders shipped to the United States include customs duties, charges, and other additional fees. These fees are determined upon customs clearance and are non-refundable. While these costs are originally the responsibility of the importer (you), we cover them to ensure smooth delivery. 

 

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered or in a different condition:

We will exchange the product or provide a return or refund.
First, please contact us within one week after receiving the product.
We will confirm the condition of the item from your photos, and then explain what you will need to do in order to return the item and receive a refund.

We will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.


If you wish to return a product for your own reasons:

We will exchange or refund only if the item is in the same condition in which it was received.
First, please contact us within one week after receiving the product.
Once you contact us, we will explain what you need to do in order to return the item and receive a refund.

The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the return.


 European Union "14 day cooling off period":

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition  in which it was received., unworn or unused, in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt/invoice or any proof of purchase.
